I’m Kevin Miller, Founder and Managing Director. With more than 25 years’ experience in UK coach holidays and group travel, I help travel businesses grow through commercial expertise and strong industry partnerships.

I began my career at David Urquhart Travel, moved into a senior commercial role at Glenton Holidays, and founded Eclipse Breaks in 2013. Along the way, I’ve built experience in hotel and transport contracting, tour planning, pricing, marketing, financial planning and travel trade sales.

I created Blueprint Consulting to help tour operators, hotels and visitor attractions succeed commercially. For tour operators, we offer specialist support with Hotel Contracting, Marketing, Transport Contracting and Financial Planning. For hotels and attractions, our Commercial Travel Trade Sales service connects businesses with coach tour operators and helps generate sustainable group bookings.

Our approach is transparent: we never mark up contracted hotel or transport rates. We agree a fixed consultancy fee, so operators benefit from competitive rates and can create holidays that are both attractive to customers and commercially viable.

From a single project to ongoing support, we bring practical advice, trusted relationships and experience across brochure production, pricing and commercial strategy.
